Corporate Facilitation, Workshops & Speaking Engagements

Beyond individual and family therapy, we partner with organisations, churches, schools, and institutions to strengthen relationships, communication, and emotional wellbeing at a group level. Whether it is a corporate team, a church community, a school, or an NGO, we design sessions that are practical, engaging, and grounded in sound therapeutic principles.

This service is designed for organisations and institutions rather than individual clients seeking personal therapy.

What Happens in a Corporate Facilitation Session

Every workshop or speaking engagement begins with understanding the group's needs, context, and goals, so that the content is relevant and practical rather than generic. The process may include:

An initial consultation to understand your organisation's goals

Identifying the specific topic, audience, and outcomes desired

Designing content tailored to the group's context

Delivering an interactive, engaging session

Incorporating practical tools, reflection, and discussion

Providing follow-up resources where appropriate

Our Approach

Our facilitation style is warm, practical, and evidence-informed, drawing from our clinical background in marriage and family therapy while remaining accessible to a general audience. We are intentional about creating a space where participants feel engaged rather than lectured to.

Interactive and participatory, not purely lecture-based

Grounded in sound therapeutic and relational principles

Sensitive to culture, faith, and organisational context

Practical and actionable, not just theoretical

Workshops & Trainings

Workshops and trainings may be delivered as half-day or full-day sessions, multi-session series, or ongoing training programmes, depending on the depth of content and the needs of the organisation.

Speaking Engagements

Speaking engagements may be delivered as keynote talks, panel contributions, guest sessions, or conference presentations on relationship, family, and wellbeing topics, tailored to the audience and event format.

Expected Outcomes

Improved communication and understanding within the group

Practical tools participants can apply immediately

Greater awareness of relational and emotional wellbeing

Stronger team, family, or community cohesion

A positive, memorable, and engaging experience for participants

Session Length & Format

Session length and format vary depending on the engagement — from a single keynote or talk of 45–90 minutes, to half-day or full-day workshops, to multi-session training programmes.
