Dr. Roselyn Ogalle Kigen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Relationship Specialist, Author, Lecturer, and founder of Intentional Therapy & Counselling Services. She is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families find clarity, healing, and healthier ways of relating.
With professional experience in couples therapy, premarital counselling, infidelity recovery, attachment work, family therapy, mediation, and faith-sensitive support, Dr. Roselyn creates a safe, compassionate, and confidential space where clients can feel seen, heard, and supported.
Her work is grounded in evidence-informed, systemic, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approaches. She helps couples rebuild trust, improve communication, manage conflict, deepen emotional connection, and make intentional decisions about their relationships and families.
At the heart of her work is a simple belief: relationships can heal when people are given the right support, the right tools, and a safe space to grow with intention.
