Books & Workbooks

Dr. Roselyn Ogalle Kigen has written a series of books and guided workbooks on marriage, premarital preparation, infidelity recovery, and family wellbeing — created to support the same intentional, faith-sensitive, evidence-informed approach used in our therapy sessions. Several of our services reference these workbooks directly as part of the therapeutic process.

Vows & Values: A Premarital Workbook for Couples, book cover

Vows & Values

A Premarital Workbook for Couples

Vows & Values is a 10-week premarital workbook designed to help couples prepare for marriage, not simply for the wedding day, but for the life they will build together. Grounded in practical counseling experience, the workbook gives couples a structured space to have the conversations that matter before saying, "I do."

Through guided reflections, couple activities, journaling prompts, and practical relationship tools, couples are invited to explore who they are, where they come from, how they connect, and the kind of marriage they want to create. The workbook addresses important areas including family of origin, self-awareness, communication, conflict management, gender roles and shared values, intimacy, sexual expectations, finances, extended family and boundaries, parenting, faith, and future vision.

Best for: couples preparing for marriage, and often used alongside Premarital Counselling sessions.
